About The Munster Cricket Blog
The Munster Cricket Blog aims to bring you all the breaking news, reports, results and more not only during the cricket season but throughout the whole year.
The Munster Cricket Blog will be your come to site for all the news from the province and further afield. These are exciting times for Munster Cricket as the cricketing community is a hive of activity. The blog will keep you up-to-date with all the goings on around the province. During the season the blog will bring you match reports as well as previews of all weekends’ action. These will be accompanied by insightful interviews and features on all the pressing issues in the provincial game.
With Ireland bursting on to the international stage we will keep an eye on their progress as they prepare to take on the world once again in 2011. No doubt Ireland’s push for test match status will be a recurring theme. We will speak to all those who matter in this debate and investigate if this small island nation is ready to take such a major step.

David,
Well done on getting the blog set up, excellent stuff. Great to have another area for info on Cricket, badly needed.
Can you put a link to the Midleton website, entered it above.
Best of luck for the coming season, hope the info comes in from clubs etc for content
Andrew
Excellent to see a site like this up and running. Cricket is getting more popular in the province and lets hope it continues.
I saw a very interesting article on the Cover Point website about a very prominent Munster cricket clubs’ preparations of the 2010 season. It looks like a great opportunity for that Club to make a big impact in Leinster and offer highly competitive cricket to its members. I am surprised you haven’t included it in your blog.

Hi Ramatunga, thanks for your post. Its great to recieve suggestion on topics that should be covered in the Munster Cricket Blog. I’m currently in the process of doing up a comprehensive preview of all Munster clubs as the new season approaches, and will cover this when I complete the Cork County preview. I know that there are lots of differing views on the merits of a Munster team joining the Leinster league, so I’m looking forward to reading what peoples views are. The Club Previews will start with Cork Harlequins who take on CYM in the Irish Senior Cup preliminary round in late April. Looking foward to seeing the Munster Cricket community post their views and comments on the Munster Cricket Blog.
Just found this. Great job.
Thanks Padraig!
